Our notes

Bookfolio is UK accounting software for sole traders, landlords and limited companies. It keeps digital records, files MTD for Income Tax quarterly updates and lets you review and send the final declaration.

Pros

  • Quarterly updates and the final declaration filed from Bookfolio
  • Covers self-employment (SA103) and property (SA105) figures
  • CSV import from any UK bank or card, plus direct bank feeds
  • 30-day free trial with no card required

Cons

  • No free plan after the 30-day trial
  • Priced per active book, so each extra book costs more
